Terms and Conditions of sale of services and products in the online shop of the sokker.org website

Chapter 1: General provisions

§1
The operator of the Sokker.org website, hereinafter referred to as the Website or the Game, is the Sokker Manager sp. z o.o. company, with its registered seat in Poland and with the following contact information:

§2
These terms and conditions set out the general conditions of sale of products and services provided electronically in the online shop of the Website.
§3
The online shop is available to registered Users only, which means that the User is familiar with the general rules and instructions of the Game available in the "Rules" section.
§4
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Civil Code and other laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
§5
By placing an order, the User confirms that he has read the description of the service or product, conditions, price list and Terms and Conditions of Sale and that he also accepts all the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Chapter 2: “Plus” service

§1
Within the Plus subscription plan the User receives additional options for a team in the Game, described in more detail in the offer of Plus.
§2
Additional options are available for the Player at the time and scope depending on the type of purchased Plus subscription plan.
§3
The amount and type of additional options may change.
§4
The Plus service is activated within 3 days after recording a payment for the service.
§5
The User will receive a confirmation of activation of the service by the e-mail address associated with the User`s profile.
§6
According to the Polish Law of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 22 item 271) within 10 days the User has the right to withdraw from the Agreement on service provision only if the service has not been activated.
§7
The player may be removed from the Game without returning the costs of the Plus subscription plan, if the player breaches the Game Rules, in particular when the player makes transfers in the Game at non-market prices or if he has two or more teams in the Game or tries to hack the account of other Player or the server of the Game in any way.
§8
The player agrees not to share the access password to his game team to third parties. If Game Administrators find that access passwords are made available to third parties, the User will lose the purchased Plus subscription plan and his access to the Game team will be blocked.
§9
Any violation of the Rules is considered individually by the Administrators of the Game.
§10
The access to the Game may be temporarily limited without prior notice of Players in order to perform maintenance works. The Player is not entitled to compensation due to temporary lack of access to the Game or due to the Game server failure.

Chapter 3: Website gadgets

§1
The ordered products shall be sent to the customer within 10 working days at the latest from order confirmation.
§2
The ordered products are sent by post. Shipping costs are added to the order. The cost of shipping depends on the country to which the products are sent.
§3
According to the Polish Law of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 22 item 271) within 10 days of delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer is entitled to return the goods without stating the reason for it. However, it does not apply to customized products such as t-shirts with inscriptions specified by the User.

Chapter 4: Payment

§1
After placing an order the User is redirected to a website page where he chooses the method of payment.
§2
Payment may be made by bank transfer or via the available payment channels through settlement agents.
§3
Polish e-transfers and Blik are carried out via Paynow provided by mBank S.A.
§4
Credit and debit card transactions are carried out via tpay.com in collaboration with Elavon.
§5
Credit card transactions are carried out via PayPal (Europe).

Chapter 5: Complaints and returns

§1
Any complaints concerning orders or returns shall be sent in writing to the correspondence address of Sokker Manager sp. z o.o. or by e-mail: sokker@sokker.org.
§2
Complaints are considered within 14 working days.
§3
Decisions concerning complaints are sent to the Users` e-mail addresses.
§4
In the case of defective goods, we guarantee replacement of the goods, provided that the User submits a written notification within 14 days from the date of delivery.
§5
Unjustified complaints and damage resulting from incorrect use of the goods will not be taken into account. All costs associated with this type of cases shall be covered by the customer.

Chapter 6: Personal Information

§1
When placing an order, the User is asked to provide certain personal information, including: name and surname, address of residence or address of delivery and e-mail. These data are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling an order.

Chapter 7: Final provisions

§1
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions may change.
