Subject: [BUG] Mood

mine is the same as above but the line is at the bottom, supporters believe in my club, I came second with a record points tally and got silver in the cup, but I did loose my last game 7-1, so I expect that they believe in my club not bottom mood supporters

So correct as I was thinking. Looks it works ok for you. You have now 5/7 with +1 bonus,so this season it is possible for you to have mood between 1 and 7, you cant drop to 0 thanks to bonus.

Are you sure you finished above? Could you find notification from pressroom telling you what your fans expectations are?
Looks like you finished with "goal achieved".

+ as far as I now mood level still can be affected a little by last friendly matches results.

Yup, that looks strange, but also that all are only my speculations. Maybe in some part it takes mood from end of the season (1/7 in your case) and calculates further from that.

We must wait for announcement to be sure how it is calculated.

I assume they skips/forgots play-off matches and on Saturday, the re-calculation is made upon the state from before the play-off match which causes confusion and is imho stupid, but that's just my guessing

Yes, they certainly left out the results of the play-offs in the calculations. The calculations take place after the play-offs, but only take into account the league table.
Solution - move the calculations a week earlier - to the Saturday before the play-offs. Then the play-offs would normally affect the mood after a won/lost match.

I think the algorithm also takes into account the place in the league table in the previous season, which is fine if the team is not promoted/relegated.
If you are promoted from 1st place, you are like the 7th-12th team in the new higher league, but your expectations are calculated as if you are 1st compared to other teams.

But these are also my thoughts after some observations.

I see mood 5/7 on Office page
(supporters are satisfied)

But when I update data in SokkerViewer it says mood 6/6
(madly in love with the club)

Is this just SokkerVewer just being outdated and xml/json has been changed?
Or something else changed?

The news cleared up a lot of this, I think.

Not sure if intended, but I think when I took over the club my fanmood was already at the bottom. Can new clubs not have the fanmood reset to somewhere in the middle? (I started on monday of the first week this season).

They know about it and as far as I know there is a plan how to set fanmood for a new teams.

Yes and no, now fans mood is delighted but the line is 3 from the bottom, I'm 2nd in the league, where i am expected to be, so there's 2 moods, they are delighted, and not so delighted, about the food maybe ;0
