Supporters believe in my club, yet mood is rock bottom, obvious bug

I don't understand
Supporters believe in my club,
yet mood is rock bottom,
^ those are two mutually exclusive statements, You cant have fans mood "rock bottom" which I assume is 0/7 and at the same time 4/7 which is believe in their club

Probably on Friday he had 4/7 and on saturday 0/7 after recalculating New seasonal expectations.

People just don't know how it works.
They have no idea that if they did not fullfill expectations in previous season they have now penalty.

My fan mood droped on Saturday from 7. are madly in love with their club to are delighted with their club`s performance when I finished 1st of my league last season and got promoted.
Why do I get this penalty when I fulfilled my fan expectations last season ?

As far as I understand how it works you don't have a penalty - it's a reward.

In New system at the beggining of new season you must forget about fan mood from the end of last season.

Everyone starts with new expectations and with new fans mood.

Fans mood is reseted for everyone to level proportional to fullfilling expectations in previous season.

Not sure but like 80% sure from my observations.

There is also permanent penalty or reward.

So having total failure at the end of last season you have permanent -2 to mood. So max you can have this season is 5/7.

Seminarium to great success, +2 reward = you can't have less than 2/7

Etc

Fans mood is reseted for everyone to level proportional to fullfilling expectations in previous season.

Then it seems weird to have my fans mood reseted with -1 level when I 100% fullfilled last season expectations (1st in the league and promotion)....

What did you have at th eend of last season?

Goal achieved?
Above expectations?
Great success?

Where can I see that ?

Well I've had that a few days now, fans love my club and hate it at same time hahahaha

You can't for now. I mean in pressroom you can find what fans expected from you at the beggining of previous season.
Now we must wait for a new record in pressroom about expectations in current season and there will be notification about fullfilling expectations in last season.

I think your fans expected from you winning your league, or beeing in top2. You won, so you fullfilled expectations like "goal achieved" or "above expectations" but for sure not "great success". Great success was probably not possible to achieve in your case. Thats because your team was too strong for your league in last season and it was "must have" to win league, or beeing top2.

And I dont know exact levels, but it looks like when you fullfill expectations:
- great success - you start new season with mood 7/7 (+2 bonus)
- above expectations - mood 5/7 (+1 bonus)
- goal achieved - mood 4/7 ??? (not sure about that)
- below expectations - mood 2/7 (-1 penalty)
- total failure - mood 0/7 (-2 penalty)

Not sure about that levels but it looks +/- like that.

Ok I found it, last season I was expected to be vice champion...

mine is the same as above but the line is at the bottom, supporters believe in my club, I came second with a record points tally and got silver in the cup, but I did loose my last game 7-1, so I expect that they believe in my club not bottom mood supporters
