FS Fan it's a service that offers some extra features to the free version of the game. This means that this service offers extra fun and enjoyment to the users that subscribe it.
There are two different FS Fan packages: the Silver version and the Gold version. They are pretty much the same, the only difference is that the Gold version allows you to control a team and at the same time earn access to all the extra features you'll need to manage the team. You can't have both versions at the same time. You can only buy a different version when your current subscription expires.
We want to offer the same possibilities of success for everyone so we've decided that this extra features shouldn't give any direct advantages to its users: The service will only offer a deeper experience of what Football Star really is! This service exists so that it help us to develop and enhance the game.
In the section below you can get a better idea of the features that this service will offer you:
Standings
You can see the changes of your team position during the season. There are indications whether you went up or down relatively to the last round and you can also see the evolution of your position from the beginning of the season
Be the manager
You'll have the chance to manage a team. Just imagine how cool it would be to be able to manage a team where all your players of the team are your friends in real-life! With this feature you'll have gain a lot of other cool features: change the kit of the team, set a logo, set shirt numbers for your players, a team guestbook, a shortlist for players, make notes about your players, etc. This feature requires the Gold Package though.
Series Shortcuts
You can save shortcuts to any series in any country
List of Friends
You can keep a list of 10 friends for an easy access
Stats
Several statistics about players, teams, feds, users, foruns, division stats, etc. In continuous development!
Player Quote / Shirt Name
You'll be able to add a player quote that will be shown in the player details page. You can also set the name for the player's shirts.
2D Viewer
You can see the games in a 2D match-engine! See your player and/or team in action in a real simulation of the match.
Blogs
You have access to a blog to report the day-life of your player! All the entries that you will write can be commented by other users.
Favorite Blogs
You can keep a list of your favorite blogs
Federations
You can be a member of 5 Federations and eventually could create yours! A place with its own forum so you can discuss all the issues of the Federation
Players Faces
You'll be able to see your player face as well as other player's faces!

"Hey guys, welcome to the game! What I'm going to attempt to do here is put together a Newbie guide, as there currently are none to speak of
1) Join a team. Training happens at 00.00 (server time), 08.00 and 16.00. Make sure you join one before a training session. Now, you have a choice. A bot team or a human team. If you can't join a human team in time, then join a bot team. Now, you're wondering which is best. Well, a bot team will train players at 90%, but you will earn less mony ($500 or £250). A human team will train at 75%, or, if you have individual the sam as team training you will train at 100%. The minimun wage I would expect would be $1000 or £500, else a bot team is probably better.
2) Hire a PT straight away. Yes, it is all of your money gone, but training is much more important than a plane to begin with
3) Go to Player>Training>Individual Training, and set the training session you are coming up to next to strength (somthing important for all outfielders) or a goalkeeping skill if you have decided to train goalkeeping already. You'll then need to decide what you want to be, but before you do that...
4) Read the rules Yeah, they're long, but they are key to being successful. If you don't want to read them all just yet, take a look at Chapter 8 (Training) and Chapter 11 (The match) as these should give you a good idea of what to expect. Hopefully, it should also make up your mind about what you want to become if you haven't already done so. If you are in a human team, it may be an idea to ask your manager if there are any positions that need training more than others.
5) Set your training regime Of course, this will be based on what you are training. Basically, just use your football knowledge, along with rules to determine what is good for each position. But, if you really can't be bothered too do that.... here are some useful links for yer

Right, if you're in a bot team, it is fairly simple. Basically, you can just train as you go along, without having to worry about what team training is set as (Because there is none!).
If you are in a human team, it's slightly more complicated. Do you specialise in skills, or do you go along with team training as much as possible? It's about getting the balance right, but in this game a defender with 15 tackling and nothing else is not as good as a defender with only 10 tackling but some speed, passing, game vision and positioning.
NB. Always try and train three of the same skill in a row every day. Doing so will give you those bonuses, and it makes little sense not to get em'!
6) Interact with other human players on your team. Just click the player icon next to a player, and start clicking those green interactions. Yes, it takes up some time, but it is vital to have a good relationship level, as it helps keep morale up
7) And last, but by no means least, enjoy the game The forums are a very useful place if you are unsure what to do, or need any help with the more detailed aspects of the game!

primero enrolate en un equipo. Busca en la liga si hay algun equipo bot(donde es mas facil que te acepten), y metete ahí. Después te vas al menu Player, te metes a Training, y en Personal Trainer entras y contratas uno.
AH, y en es menu de Training también encuentras la opción de Individual training, donde puedes elegir en la semana lo que quieras entrenar.
